Reformer Introduction
Reformer Introduction is a full body workout done on Reformer machines, with an extra focus on technique and getting to know the Reformer. You do not need to attend Reformer Beginner before joining one of the other Reformer classes, but it can be helpful to learn basic exercises and how the reformer works. All Reformer classes require sticky socks. You can bring your own or purchase it at club.
The reformer machines might look a bit scary, but all our Reformer classes always start with an intro where we go through the settings of the machine. In Reformer Introduction we use some extra time so all participants can set their personal settings. The focus of the class is to get familiar with the reformer and get to learn the basic principles and exercises. And of course get a great strength workout. The adjustable resistance provided by the Reformer gives you the option to add or remove resistance so it can be adapted to own fitness level. The instructor will help and guide you so you can get the maximum out of your workout.
