Guiding you every step of the way, I believe in training you as an individual, you have your own goals, movement patterns, and limitations - all of which I will pay the utmost attention to. Through my own experience and education, I can provide you with safe, efficient, and reliable results. I want to leave my clients feeling powerful, energetic, and confident.
Growing up in Australia, my passion for fitness started early with track and field events, Rugby League, and swimming. I completed my Bronze Medallion and became a Lifeguard at my local beach. I then transitioned into weight training, which I trained seriously alongside a Carpentry career for 11 years where I was fortunate to build restaurant Noma 2.0 and the Alchemist.

I’m a nerd at heart, so when I’m not training I am reading, playing board games and eating good food!
