Through out the last 20 years, the passion for sports and training has been a central part of my life. Its important to me that all training is effective and must mostly be fun to do. Therefore I have always focused on the right technique, stabilisation and functionality.
Besides being a persistent gym member for more than 15 years, I have been a pro athlete in Taekwondo and Basketball and this has given me much experience in knowing how to train effectively and in a way that best prevents injuries and recovery from them. Functional training has also been one of my favourite forms of training, as it gives me a solid foundation, strength and stability for life outside the gym.
I can help you become stronger, more functional, and I can also help you achieve weight loss goals. And most importantly, assist in setting you on a path to more happiness and quality of life. Together, we find out what works best for you and create the right plan. As a creative person I will the motivation and make sure that all our sessions are fun, challenging and vary from session to session. With me as your trainer, you can expect patient, fun and good sparring partner.
