Du kan administrere din SATS Online-profil og medlemskab gennem SATS Onlines hjemmeside. Bemærk venligst, at du skal bruge egne login-oplysninger på SATS Online tjenester (brug samme e-mail som i SATS, når du opretter din brugerprofil for at få adgang til dine SATS-rabatter på SATS Online tjenester).

Your personal profile is private - only you can see this information
Update all personal details in your mobile app by following these simple steps:
1.Click on the profile icon in the SATS Online app
2. Select "Manage profiles"
3. Select the profile
4. Enter your new details and click "Save"
If you experience problems, check that you have the latest version of the app.

Multiple profiles and family account
With a SATS Online Family membership, you get a total of five user profiles included so that you and your family can take advantage of SATS Online.
To link a new user profile to an existing SATS Online family account, and gain full access to SATS Online's training content on the new user profile, please contact satsonline@sats.no and state:
the email registered as the owner (with payment card) of the SATS Online Family membership
the email of the new user profile
Add more profiles on Rflex
To add more profiles:
From the menu screen, select the profile icon
Press "+" to add new profiles:
On the next screen, log in or create a profile for the new user.
If you experience problems, update both the Rflex software and the Rflex launcher and try the above instructions again.

Membership in SATS Online can be terminated every month, unless a binding period has been specified (e.g. an Annual membership will have a binding period of 12 months). The membership expires at the end of the payment period. Beyond this, there is no binding period.
After the current payment period has expired, the membership is automatically renewed and payment is deducted for the next 30 days - unless the membership is canceled before the end of the payment period.
If you choose to cancel your membership, you will continue to have access for the remainder of the current payment period. After this, the membership will no longer auto-renew, and you will lose access to SATS Online`s hundreds of training sessions and other functionality.
To cancel your membership, log in to My pages at SATS Online and select Change membership.
If you own an Rflex but choose to end your membership, selected content will still be available so you can continue your training.
