Will I keep my SATS Rewards level if I unsubscribe from SATS - and re-enroll at a later time?

If you opt out of SATS but choose to keep your profile stored with us, you will also retain your SATS Rewards level. You will then become a free "App user" until you opt in again.

If you opt out but do not keep your profile, you will retain your level for 30 days after the last active day of your membership. If you wish to opt in again after this, you will be considered a new member and will start at level Blue.
