Seated Leg Curl
A great isolating exercise for your upper tighs. It also involves glutes and hip flexors.

Take a seat in the leg curl machine and adjust the machine so that the footpad is placed just above your ankles.
Sit upright with your back straight and engage your abs.
Lift your legs upwards, pushing the pad towards the ceiling.
Lower your legs and return to starting position.
