Are you new to the gym?
Join Coach T-Dog for this 10-week introduction to strength training, cardio & mobility.
Each session will include a deep dive into the fundamentals of strength, agility and cardio.
Sessions 1-2: Welcome session & programming introduction //
Sessions 3-8: Strength, cardio & agility progression //
Sessions 9-10: Final testing & celebration!
This bootcamp is designed specifically for those looking for guidance and a positive experience around strength training.
Expect to learn the basics in a relaxed environment with a dedicated coach and a friendly group!
