This bootcamp is for women who are ready to lose fat sustainably without obsessing over cardio or starving themselves. You’ll train with weights, machines, and bodyweight — supported every step by a personal trainer who knows how to meet you where you are.
What to expect:
• Full-body strength training, core & accessory work.
• Rowing and mobility drills as part of warm-up
• Weekly measurements
• Support with food habits, water and protein intake, and calorie awareness.
