KFK – Women-Only Section Train smart. Eat aligned. Move with purpose. This bootcamp is for women who are ready to lose fat sustainably without obsessing over cardio or starving themselves. You’ll train with weights, machines, and bodyweight — supported every step by a personal trainer who knows how to meet you where you are. What to expect: • Full-body strength training, core & accessory work. • Rowing and mobility drills as part of warm-up • Weekly measurements • Support with food habits, water and protein intake, and calorie awareness.
