Whether you're: - new to lifting and want to learn proper technique; - coming back from injury and need safe, personal guidance; - already training but not seeing the results you want; - curious how to activate the right muscles for more power. You’ll be supported with personalized cues, posture correction, and modifications tailored to your body. This is not just about lifting heavy. It's about lifting right.
