This all-inclusive bootcamp combines gym-based strength training, two coached weekly runs, nutrition support, and accountability check-ins to help you build the foundations of a competent half-marathon runner.
Designed for everyday athletes who want real progress, not quick fixes, you'll improve endurance, strength, and confidence in a supportive team environment.

My approach is different—while we’ll set goals, they won’t be our primary focus. Instead, we’ll normalise training, making it a non-negotiable part of your life. Strength, nutrition, and recovery will unlock your capabilities, but consistency and enjoyment will keep you progressing!
