I fought back diabetes type-2, hypothyroidism and PCOS only 8 month after being diagnosed, by finding my passion for the fitness industry and learning the best way for me to adopt a healthier lifestyle and a good relationship with food. There is no one size fits all when it comes to habits and training.
I was born and raise in Argentina, but I move to Denmark in 2018. I’m passionate about fitness, body function and nutrition, but what I love the most is to share that knowledge with others, so when the time comes they can take the right decisions by themselves.

'Seeing the face of my clients full of pride and excitement when they start to see the results of good training and lifestyle coaching.'

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
'I love to watch movies/series, especially crime fiction, and hang out with friends. I enjoy cooking healthy sweet snacks a lot, but I have a weakness for ice-cream. I love animals and family time.'

What do you love about your profession?
'That I can help people reach a better quality of life by working with different aspects of it. Showing them that they are physically and mentally stronger of what they think they are. Seeing that process and being part of it makes me want to become even better for them.'
