Forgot password

Have an account, but need to reset your password?

Visit the link: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ and follow the steps.

  1. Fill in passwords

  2. Choose step 1: Phone

    1. text my phone / call

    2. Get a message

  3. Choose step 2: App

    1. Approve a notification from authenticator app.

    2. Open autenticator app*

*: This requires you to use Autentication App, if you are having issues with this, see article below

Issues with Autentication?

To verify that you are you, we need to check with an app or a phone number that only you have.

You have two options to autenticate yourself:

  • Autentication app: Register the app, and get a message

  • Phone number: Be called up / get sms, and confirm you are you.

See tutorial about set up account above, if this is the first time you set up your work account.

Got a new phone and now Autentication doesn't work anymore?

If you stil are logged into a device:

  1. go to office.com

  2. Click my account, and then security info

  3. Click delete on Microsoft authenticator app. Add a new one. See video.

If you not logged in:

  1. contact IT at +46 101 105 940 or it@sats.com, and they can let you go trough the first set up again

Setting up your SATS work account

Set up your SATS account for the first time

To get started with your SATS account, follow these steps:

  1. Download a Authenticator app to your phone( Android / Apple)

  2. Log in to office.com

  3. Sign in with your email and use your password gotten from you manager.

  4. In the process you are asked to pick a extra authentication method to keep your account secure. Follow these steps.

  5. When asked to scan QR code, scan it using the autenticator app you downloaded in step 1.

  6. You then add your phone number and confirm its you by writing in the code you get on sms.

Congratulations you are now in:)
