I spent most of my life in sports, and I want to share my knowledge and experiences to make people feel the same joy as I do. I want to help people set ambitious but realistic goals - and I want to make it fun reaching them. Seeing the progress that my clients make in both motivation and physical fitness, is what makes me love my job. My trainings are personal but for everyone.
