Join Coach T-Dog for this 10-week hybrid strength, cardio & mobility bootcamp.
Each session will include an exciting blend of strength, muscle building, agility and cardio.
Sessions 1-2: Baseline testing & programming introduction //
Sessions 3-8: Strength building, cardio & agility progression //
Sessions 9-10: Final testing & celebration!
This bootcamp is designed specifically for experienced gym goers who want to take their training to the next level. Expect heavy weights, advanced techniques, hard cardio and a lot of fun along the way with a dedicated coach and a friendly group.

I’m a rock & roll-fueled personal trainer who blends functional fitness, concurrent training and powerlifting into smart, adaptable programmes that meet you where you are.
