Senior Cardio & Strength is a session for you who want to train the whole body and get both cardio and strength training. The fitness section contains simpler steps and movements that are adapted to the music. Strength training consists of functional and effective exercises. Unlike the Senior Crosstraining, which also trains the whole body, the Senior Cardio & Strength is not trained in a circle training format, but each exercise is performed separately.
