Clean and Jerk
The Clean and Press is a great exercise for building your strength and muscle endurance. The exercise can be done with barbells or dumbbells.

Grab your dumbbells and place 1 in each hand.
Squat down with a straight back
Inhale as you pull the dumbbells towards your shoulders and twist the dumbbells in a jerking motion.
Continue to push the dumbbells above your shoulders into a shoulder press motion.
Repeat the exercize for a suitable amount of reps
