Attach a rope handle to the cable pulley that is located quite high up.
Grab the two ends of the rope and take two steps backwards. Lower your shoulders and pull the rope towards you with high elbows moving out to the side, while your forearms rotate upwards.
Reverse the movement in a controlled manner after you get to the head.
