Adjust the cable machine to proper resistance, and place the bar so it is approximately as high as your face.
Grab the bar and stand upright with your elbows tucked into your sides and your back straight. Your elbows should be locked for the entire movement.
Pull the cable down untill the bar ouches your thighs. Keep your triceps engaged throughout the movement.
Return to starting position.
