Develop your strength, coordination and mobility through exercises taken from the turn. The class is led by experienced personal trainers and takes place in a dedicated Performance area at the center.

Performance is a training concept developed by SATS. Performance ™ Gymnastics is the class that challenges and increases your strength, coordination and mobility through exercises taken from the gym. The interplay between these enables you to master exercises you may not have thought possible. The training takes place in small groups of 16-20 people which ensures close 1-1 follow-up and that you are seen at your level. The class is led by experienced personal trainers who have a background and experience from gymnastics. The class takes place in a dedicated area at the center called Prformance Arena. The class starts with an introduction of the class focus followed by a warm-up based on dynamic exercises, explosive elements and mobility. Then follows a specific warm-up aimed at today's exercises. The main part of the class consists of a technique part and a strength part and the class always ends with mobility exercises. The class has a duration of 60 minutes. Performance Gymnastics places great emphasis on technique and on the athlete being able to handle the execution of the exercises correctly. We therefore recommend the session for you who have completed similar training before, or who have been through the three base hours Prformance ™ Hi-intensity, Prformance ™ Strength and Prformance ™ Mobility and feel that you want to reach a new level in your training development.
