Hip Flexor Stretch
Stretching exercise to warm up and increase hip mobility.

Kneel down on a mat or the floor.
Move your hips slightly back and forward to make sure mobility feels solid.
Keep your hips square and your chest open. Knees should be above your toes.
Engage your core and keep your back straight.
Raise your arm and Lean over to the oposite side.
Return to starting position and repeat on the other side.
