Kneeling lean backs
This is great exercise for strong knees, back, abs, glutes, and quads.

Start kneeling on the ground with your knees about hip-width apart.
Squeeze your glutes and brace your core.
Cross your hands over your chest or reach them out in front of you. Lean back and go back as far as you can with your body in a nice straight line.
Then come back forward.
Come back up to kneeling nice and tall and repeat.
