Skull Crusher
Lying down french press. Great exercise for triceps while keeping your core activated.

- Lie down on a bench with your arms straight, holding the dumbbell in a horizontal position. 
- Bend your elbows and begin to slowly lower the barbell towards your head. 
- Keep your elbows locked for the entire movement and continue to lower the barbell untill it is slightly over your head. 
- Reverse the movement untill the barbell is back at the original position.
